Our most popular cosmetic treatments at Eleventh Heaven are our broad band light and laser treatments for skin resurfacing, our injectable treatments such as face fillers, lip fillers, and jawline fillers. We also offer collagen stimulation, thread lift procedures and hair restoration treatments.
Do I need a consultation before a treatment?
Yes, a consultation is essential to discuss treatment goals and to formulate a long term plan. Our typical appointment time is 1 hour. We find this time allows ample time for the consultation and any treatment should you wish to proceed on the day of appointment.
Is there bulk billing at cosmetic clinics?
Medical aesthetics and cosmetic treatments are not covered by Medicare or a Private Health Fund and therefore bulk billing is not possible.
How much does cosmetic procedure cost?
The cost of cosmetic surgery varies dramatically depending on the type of cosmetic procedure and the practitioner. Eleventh Heaven offers primarily non-invasive medical aesthetics treatment such as dermal fillers, thread lifts, and broadband light and laser therapies. The cost for non-surgical cosmetic procedures is typically much more affordable than cosmetic surgery procedures. Eleventh Heaven also offers FUE hair transplant surgery, which utilises the NeoGraft® 2.0 technology for a minimal invasive treatment. Prior to treatment you will be required to have a $150 consultation with our medical professionals.

Do you have a booking fee and how does this work?
A $150 booking fee is essential to secure an appointment at Eleventh Heaven. This is redeemable on services within 30 days of initial consultation (new patients) or on the day for existing patients.

Street parking is available out the front of our cosmetic clinic located at 37 Doggett St, Teneriffe, Brisbane.
Will I need someone to drive me home after my treatment?
This is generally not required unless sedation has been provided. The only procedure that we recommend to do so is hair transplant.
What kind of products do you use?
We have handpicked a few clinical grade skincare brands that both our patients and staff trust. These brands include Universkin, Mesoestetic, Synergie Skin, Biopelle and Obagi Medical. Our team will be able to advise you on the most suitable products based on your concerns and our assessment. For injectables, threads and energy-based devices, we only use the most premium grade products.

What after treatment care do you provide?
