PRE- & POST-PROCEDURAL INSTRUCTIONS

• NO makeup to minimise the risk of infections.
• Avoid antiplatelets* (if possible), non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and supplements such as fish oil 1 week prior to your treatment to minimise bleeding and bruising.

* If you take antiplatelets regularly for cardiovascular diseases or any other medical conditions, please discuss this with your treating doctor before cessation and also please inform the Eleventh Heaven™.

Treatment is not possible if:

• You had a tetanus/whooping cough/pertussis (DTaP) vaccination 6 weeks prior to your treatment.
• You are taking certain antibiotics.
• If you are currently pregnant/breastfeeding or planning to be pregnant in the next 3 months following treatment.

• NO makeup to minimise the risk of infections.
• Avoid antiplatelets* (if possible), non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and supplements such as fish oil 1 week prior to your treatment to minimise bleeding and bruising.
• Please inform the doctor if you have a history of cold sores (herpes simplex) so that prophylaxis antiviral medications can be prescribed.

Treatment is not possible if:

• You have active acnes around proposed treatment areas.
• If you had a systemic infection, dental procedure (such as tooth extraction), active cold sores, skin infection 4 weeks before your filler/injectable moisturiser treatment.
• If you have any dental procedures planned 4 weeks after your treatment
• If you have an active autoimmune disorders or a flare in the last 6 months.
• If you are currently pregnant/breastfeeding or planning to be pregnant in the next 3 months following treatment.

• NO makeup to minimise the risk of infections.
• A separate pre-procedural checklist will be sent to you via email after you have made your appointment.

Treatment is not possible if:

• You have active skin infection around proposed treatment areas.
• You have a platelet or blood disorder.
• You are currently receiving chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
• You are receiving antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy.
• You had oral corticosteroids 10 days prior to your treatment or received long-acting steroids 6 weeks prior to your treatment.
• You are currently breastfeeding or pregnant.

• Avoid excessive sun exposure 1 week prior to treatment.
• Cease skin products/preparations that contains retinol/Vitamin A derivatives or any active ingredients that encourage exfoliation or sensitise your skin to sunlight 1 week prior to treatment.
• It is highly recommended that you have used regular depigmentory or pigment inhibitory products 4 weeks prior to your treatment to minimise the risk of hyperpigmentation.

• Avoid makeup for the day.
• No facial/massage and avoid rubbing the treated areas for 24 hours post treatment.
• Avoid strenuous exercise for the day.

• NO makeup for 24 hours to minimise the risk of infections.
• Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
• No facials/massage and sauna/spa/steam room for 48 hours.
• No dental procedures 4 weeks post treatment.
• Do not apply excessive pressure or massage the treated areas unless otherwise instructed.
• Cold compresses may be used to reduce swelling.
• Simple analgesia can be taken if needed (avoid non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).

* If you notice any unusual discolourations within 5 days of your treatment that appear blotchy, mottled or rash-like (with or without blistering), please contact the clinic immediately or present to your nearest major Emergency Department immediately & inform the clinic as soon as possible.

• Firm massage to treated areas for 5 minutes, 5 times daily for at least 5 days.
• NO makeup for 24 hours to minimise the risk of infections.
• Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
• No facials/massage and sauna/spa for 48 hours.
• No dental procedures for 4 weeks post collagen biostimulator treatment to the face.
• Cold compresses may be used to reduce swelling.
• Simple analgesia can be taken if needed (avoid non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).

* If you notice any unusual discolourations within 5 days of your treatment that appear blotchy, mottled or rash-like (with or without blistering), please contact the clinic immediately or present to your nearest major Emergency Department immediately & inform the clinic as soon as possible.

• Do not wash treated areas for 24 hours post-procedure.
• Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
• Cold compresses may be used to reduce swelling.
• Simple analgesia can be taken if needed (avoid non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).
• A post-procedural checklist will also be provided to you after your initial treatment.

• NO makeup to treated areas for 24 hours to minimise the risk of infections.
• Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
• Cold compresses may be used to reduce swelling.
• Simple analgesia can be taken if needed (Do not take any non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).

• NO makeup for 24 hours to minimise the risk of infections. A clinical-grade & breathable makeup such as Oxygenetix may be applied after 24 hours.
• NO excessive pressure is to be exerted on the face.
• Avoid excessive facial movements and laughter for 2 weeks.
• Avoid dental visits if possible for at least 2 weeks post-procedure.
• Avoid strenuous exercise for 10 days.
• Soft food is recommended to avoid excessive chewing for 48 hours post-procedure.
• No facials/massage and sauna/spa/steam room for 10 days.
• Cold compresses may be used to reduce swelling.
• Simple analgesia can be taken if needed (avoid non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).

• Avoid excessive sun exposure 1 week post to treatment.
• Continue to cease skin products/preparations that contains retinol/Vitamin A derivatives or any active ingredients that encourage exfoliation or sensitise your skin to sunlight 1 week post treatment.
